Our Return Policy
Global Workout Equipments accepts returns under the following conditions:
- Product is in its original condition (Including original packaging).
- Product return is requested within 30 days from the date you received it.
- Inform Global Workout Equipments via email and or our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form we will issue a returns authorization number. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number. No exceptions
- All returns must be shipped back by a carrier approved by Global Workout Equipments. We will determine whether repair, replacement, or refund is in order.
- Returns other than defects will be subjected to a 15% restocking fee.
- The customer is liable for the original shipping fees on any return not related to a defective item.
