Returns Policy

We proudly stand behind the quality brand-name products that we sell and want you to be happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are unhappy, please contact us and we’ll get you taken care of right away.

Our Return Policy

Global Workout Equipments accepts returns under the following conditions:

• Product is in its original condition (Including original packaging).
• Product return is requested within 30 days from the date you received it.
• Inform Global Workout Equipments via email and or our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form we will issue a returns authorization number. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number. No exceptions
• All returns must be shipped back by a carrier approved by Global Workout Equipments. We will determine whether repair, replacement, or refund is in order.
• Returns other than defects will be subjected to a 15% restocking fee.
• The customer is liable for the original shipping fees on any return not related to a defective item.
